Aventure Aviation Acquires Boeing 757 to Dismantle for Parts

Aventure Aviation has acquired a Boeing 757-200, MSN 25073 for teardown. The dismantling recently commenced in Tucson, Arizona. This specific aircraft was selected for its condition, age, and low times and cycles over several other B757s that were shortlisted for purchase.

The president of Aventure Aviation, Zaheer Faruqi, spoke to recipients of the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders at a “Lunch N Learn” session at Clark Atlanta University on July 11.

ASA Conference Provides Insights for Aventure

Aventure Aviation’s Quality Control Manager, Chris Jackson, recently attended the Aviation Suppliers Association’s (ASA) annual conference held in Reston, Virginia.

“It’s a converging point for suppliers, airlines, MROs and others to gain insights from industry gurus on our ever-evolving industry rulings,” commented Mr. Jackson. ”We were updated with soon-to-be implemented regulations and standards applicable to ASA-100 accredited suppliers.”

Mr. Jackson ensures that all parts purchased or supplied by Aventure are in strict accordance with ASA-100 quality standards.
