Aventure to Exhibit at ap&m Europe in London
Aventure Aviation will exhibit at booth B68 at ap&m Europe, held May 26–28 at London’s Olympia Exhibition Hall. This annual show is a leading event for the international aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) industry, attracting commercial aviation industry professionals from all over the world.

Aventure Exhibits at MRO Americas in Miami Beach; Sponsors Safety Wiring Event

Aventure Aviation exhibited at Aviation Week’s MRO Americas 2015, held April 14–16 at the Miami Beach convention center in Miami Beach, Florida. The conference is a leading event for the international aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) industry.
“This year’s show was extremely positive and full of new opportunity for us,” said Melissa Coleman-Grina, Aventure’s Senior Director of Business Development.
The Aerospace Maintenance Competition’s (AMC) safety wiring event was sponsored by Aventure. AMC had 39 teams competed in 9 separate categories. Located across from the competition, Aventure’s booth gave visitors the opportunity to try safety wiring for themselves. Several visitors took home a Leatherman Wingman Multi-Tool for their participation.
Aventure Speaks at U.S. Export-Import Bank Event

Zaheer Faruqi, President of Aventure Aviation, spoke during a visit by Fred Hochberg, Chairman of the U.S. Export-Import (Ex-Im) Bank, to Atlanta’s Opportunity Hub on April 8. The Export-Import Bank is a federal agency that helps American businesses sell their products abroad by providing loans to foreign businesses.
Zaheer shared Aventure’s experiences using the bank. During an interview on NPR radio, Chairman Hochberg cited Aventure as a positive example of the bank’s impact on U.S. businesses.
Soccer Trophy Awarded to Aventure Flyers

Aventure Aviation’s USA-based Aventure Flyers coed soccer team received a trophy on April 22 for winning the Indoor Soccer League tournament of South Atlanta. The eight team league consists of various companies and organizations. In the final match, the Flyers scored a 4–2 victory after trailing in the first half.
Aventure Challenges Panasonic to Cricket Match

Aventure welcomed new residents from India to the Atlanta area by organizing a friendly cricket match, played May 2. The goal was to help assimilate Panasonic Corporation’s new employees and their families to the local community. Panasonic employs about 300 people from India. The event was the first time the sport was officially played in Fayette County, Georgia, USA.
“The match was a good example of camaraderie,” said Jarrod Parker, Aventure’s Purchasing Assistant. Commenting on losing to the more experienced team from India, Parker added, “we’ll get them next time!”
