January 2019 – The Newsletter of Aventure Aviation Aventure Acquires Significant Inventory Aventure Aviation has acquired a significant inventory of Boeing 777 parts, which are currently at their main facilities in Atlanta, Georgia. The parts were harvested from a 13-year-old Vietnam Airlines 777-200ER (MSN33505) with Pratt & Whitney PW4090 engines. It was operated by the airline from delivery in 2004 until 2017, and had approximately 50,000 hours and 12,000 cycles. The parts consists of all airframe systems and will be available in various conditions. "This additional inventory will help us serve our Boeing customers who have been demanding that we stock such parts to service their fleets," said Sarah Erarslan, an Aventure customer service representative. "Our robust database has identified potential users and their needs, so we are confident this new acquisition will lead to satisfied customers." Aventure Aviation is currently in discussions with leasing companies, financial institutions, and airlines, to aquire several other end-of-life and retired aircraft, as well as excess inventories. Customers seeking solutions for their assets are asked to contact Aventure to discuss their needs. Super Bowl Coming to Aventure's Hometown Aventure Concludes "Football Pick'em Challenge" Pool Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Aventure Aviation's hometown of Atlanta. Super Bowl Sunday will take place February 3, 2019, at the newly built Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Aventure Aviation's hometown of Atlanta. This architecturally stunning stadium has a roof design that includes eight triangular translucent panels, that create the illusion of a bird's wings extended when opened. Aventure's "Football Pick'em Challenge" pool has concluded in time for Super Bowl Sunday. In addition to the $50 prize awarded each week during football season, three grand prize winners will each receive $250, $150, or $75. The Super Bowl is the annual championship game of the National Football League, and is among the world's most-watched television broadcasts. "We are very proud of our hometown of Atlanta," said Chelsea Sneed, Aventure's Administrative Assistant. "We encourage visitors to the Super Bowl and April's MRO Americas to reach out and drop by our office and warehouse to meet Aventure's winning team." The Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Georgia World Congress Center (MRO Americas location) are walking distance to several of Atlanta's most popular attractions, such as the CNN studios, the Coca Coca Museum, the College Football Hall of Fame, and the Atlanta Aquarium. Aventure Seeks New Employees, Welcomes Old Aventure Aviation is hiring due to upcoming new business opportunities, and are seeking energetic aviation professionals for several positions. Ron's extensive aviation background includes 16 years based out of Winnipeg, Canada. He will play a key role in the growth of Aventure's military division through his extensive contacts with operators and maintenance centers in the Far East, and his global relationships with suppliers and vendors. "I'm excited to be back among friends who make me feel like part of a family," said Ron. "I look forward to seeing many of my contacts at the upcoming MRO Americas show in our hometown of Atlanta this April, so I can share Aventure's well known southern hospitality." Inc. Born and raised in Georgia, Rachel is happy to have found a great job in her home state. When asked what she likes most about working at Aventure, she said "I like working with my coworkers and learning more about aviation, and interacting with international clients." In her free time, she loves to explore everything the city of Atlanta has to offer with her boyfriend.
