This was the first Super Bowl hosted at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium since its opening in 2017. The city of Atlanta had previously hosted the Super Bowl in 2000 and 1994.

"It was a great experience having the Super Bowl in Atlanta, with the entire city so alive," said Adrian Gallard, Aventure's Military Sales Representative.

This award recognizes an exceptional business leader who must demonstrate unselfish support of the community, exhibit a broad range of involvement in civic and community affairs, and excelled at managing and leading their business. Community service has been a core value for Aventure Aviation since its founding in 2001.

"This was indeed a surprise…I really am humbled," said Zaheer during the award ceremony. "I always wanted to be in a business where I could give back to the community...(and) have a team of young individuals who want to give back...so I am really thrilled where we are today."

When asked what has made Aventure so successful, Zaheer said "Giving the customers whatever they wanted, and assembling a team of individuals who perform very well. Employees are your best investments."

"On behalf of the National Weather Service Atlanta office and the Southeast River Forecast Center, we thank Aventure Aviation for their act of kindness and generosity," said Meteorologist-in-Charge Keith Stellman. "Their gesture, while completely unexpected, is a reminder to all of us that a simple act can go a long way in making others feel appreciated."
