Aventure to Exhibit at the Dubai Airshow

Aventure Aviation | Dubai Airshow 2019

Aventure Aviation will exhibit at stand 1451a inside the USA Partnership Pavilion at the 2019 Dubai Airshow, taking place November 17–21 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The biennial air show started in 1989, and has become one of the most important aerospace events in the world. The 2019 edition is expected to draw over 87,000 trade attendees and 1,300 exhibitors. This is more than the previous show, which had an order book over $113 billion.

Aventure has exhibited at every Dubai Airshow since 2003. Representing this year is Amyr Qureshi, Senior Vice President, and Ron Taylo, Operations Manager of Military Sales.

"We are looking forward to having meaningful discussions with visitors to our stand," said Ron. "We are always pursuing ways to bring more value to our customers."

"What sets Aventure apart is our extraordinary commitment to end users," added Amyr. "We speak their language, and understand their cultures and buying habits."

National Aviation History Month Celebrated

Wright Brothers airplane in flight

November is National Aviation History Month, which is dedicated to exploring, recognizing and celebrating America's contributions and achievements in the development of aviation.

Aviation history refers to the development of mechanical flight. This started several thousand years ago with the earliest attempts with kites and gliders, to powered heavier-than-air, supersonic, and space flights.

In 1903, the Wright brothers successfully piloted the first powered airplane, ushering in the birth of the aviation parts industry. In 1913, Ford Motor Company devised a method of mass-producing airplanes using techniques they invented for automobiles. In 2001, Aventure Aviation was founded, drawing inspiration from industry pioneers.

"It's truly beautiful how so many dedicated people all over the world have brought us to where we are now in aviation history," said Chelsea Sneed, Aventure's Office Manager.

Quote of the month

When I was a very little boy, I lived underneath the air pattern of LaGuardia airport in New York and I watched the planes fly to their destinations. I was in love with the design of these airplanes.
