September 2021 – The Newsletter of Aventure Aviation 'Top Gun' Aventure Team to Exhibit at ACPC Airline Network Forum The 'Top Gun' commercial sales team of Aventure Aviation will be exhibiting at the Airline Network Forum, held at the Air Carriers Purchasing Conference (ACPC). The conference will take place September 11–14 at the Marriot Marquis in Atlanta, Georgia. The forum provides airline and supplier representatives a way to connect efficiently. Manning booth #1015 will be Aventure's president, "Maverick" Talha Faruqi, along with his wingman Ebrahim Zakaria, director of business development, and sales director "Hunter" Andrew Crombie. "Customers that 'feel the need for speed' for quotes and aircraft parts delivery are encouraged to put our team on their radar," said Ebrahim. Aventure to Offer Ballistic Protection Systems by The Protective Group Aventure Aviation has been selected by The Protective Group, a Point Blank Company, to distribute ballistic protection systems for fixed wing and rotary aircraft. Aventure's territory will cover select international operators in various regions. This partnership will provide customers and end operators with access to custom made Ballistic Protection Systems, which typically consist of materials and techniques used to shelter personnel and materiel against projectiles. The Protective Group's products are found on most military aircraft, including the C-130 cargo airplane, the F-16 fighter jet, and helicopters from Bell and Sikorsky. "The addition of The Protective Group's products to our portfolio helps us provide even more customized solutions and support for our customers," said Aventure Aviation CEO Zaheer Faruqi. Aventure Shares Export Insights with University of Georgia Program Aventure Aviation shared insights on best exporting practices at the August 20 session of ExportGA in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The training program is organized by the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center (UGA SBDC), and consists of juniors, seniors, and twelve companies. "The experiences and advice shared were invaluable," said Darrel Hulsey, director of international trade at UGA SBDC. "It's so good to have a partner in Aventure for our export assistance efforts." ExportGA 2021 is an intensive four session, 16 hour export training program which allows export-ready companies to develop their skills. New international sales opportunities are identified by utilizing these skills throughout the program.
