September 2022 – The Newsletter of Aventure Aviation Aventure's New Director for Asia to Attend MRO Asia-Pacific in Singapore Aventure Aviation's new Regional Director for Asia, Saurabh Tripathi, will be available to meet with attendees at MRO Asia-Pacific, taking place September 20–22 in Singapore. MRO Asia-Pacific is a premier annual event for the region's commercial air maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) industry. It is attended by industry leaders and innovators. This year's event is the first live show since 2019, where the global pandemic resulted in virtual events for 2020 and 2021. Along with other region-focused MRO events, MRO Asia-Pacific is organized by the Aviation Week Network. "I look forward to connecting with attendees in Singapore, and exploring various opportunities with them," said Saurabh. U.S. Air Force Celebrates 75 Years Aventure Aviation honors the 75th anniversary of the U.S. Air Force, as the company looks forward to prominent military trade shows next month. Founded September 18, 1947, the U.S. Air Force heritage goes back nearly four decades prior. The U.S. military purchased its first aircraft in 1909, and the Air Force would go through a series of designations before becoming a separate and independent military service organization. Aventure's military division will attend two upcoming conferences that focus on the venerable Lockheed Martin C-130 transport. The Hercules Orion Conference (HOC) will take place October 17–20 in Aventure's hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. The C-130 Technical Coordination Group (TCG) World Wide Review will take place October 24–28, in Orlando, Florida. "These shows give us direct access to allied foreign militaries and the vendors that support them," said Michael Black, Aventure's operations manager. "It's a great opportunity to collaborate on upcoming projects and discuss our inventory and services for the F-16, C-130, and other Military aircraft." Sheriff's Office Bicentennial Reception Attended by Aventure
The Fayette County Sheriff's Office celebrated its 200th anniversary with a reception held August 18 at the Fayette County Public Safety Training Center. Fayette County is located outside of Atlanta, Georgia, and is where Aventure Aviation has called home since establishing operations in 2001. Aventure's Office Manager Chelsea Griffin attended the reception. "It was a great opportunity to learn about the rich history of our county sheriff's office, and meet the people who make it what it is today," said Chelsea. In the United States, a sheriff is responsible for keeping the peace and enforcing the law. They are usually elected, and therefore accountable directly to the citizens of their county. "Aventure values the hard work and dedication the Sheriff's Office displays every single day. It was an honor to celebrate this significant anniversary with them," added Chelsea.
