Aventure will exhibit at MRO Americas, taking place April 8–10 at the Georgia World Congress Center, in Aventure's hometown of Atlanta. Aventure is co-exhibiting with the Georgia Department of Economic Development at Booth #3259.

The annual trade show is the world's largest for the commercial aviation repair, maintenance and overhaul (MRO) industry, bringing together hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of attendees from across the globe.

Aventure will host a VIP reception the evening of April 9 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium for invited guests. The casino-themed event will feature such table games as Blackjack, Texas Hold ‘em, and Roulette. Guests will enjoy complimentary drinks and light hors d'oeuvres while networking with industry peers. Prizes will be awarded throughout the night.

"I'm looking forward to meeting with many of our valued customers at one of the largest aviation trade shows in North America," said Ron Taylo, Aventure's operations manager for military sales.

Aventure Named Exporter of the Year for Southeast United States

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced last week that Aventure Aviation has been named 2025 Exporter of the Year for Georgia and the Southeast region.

SBA is a U.S. government agency that provides support, funding, and resources to help small businesses start, grow, and succeed.

Each year, during National Small Business Week, SBA celebrates the achievements of exceptional entrepreneurs, small business owners, and community leaders across all 50 states and U.S. territories.

As the small business landscape evolves, the SBA's National Small Business Week awards recognize those whose contributions reflect the dynamic nature of our nation's economy.

Aventure previously received this award in 2009.

"We are truly honored to receive this recognition," said Ebrahim Zakaria, Aventure's vice president of sales.

"It's is a testament to our incredible team effort, and we look forward to continued growth and success together at Aventure."

Aventure Gets 25th Boeing 737NG

Aventure Aviation has acquired its twenty-fifth Boeing 737NG airframe, 737-800 MSN 35825. Last operated by Brazil's GOL Airlines, the aircraft will be dismantled at Ascent Aviation Services in Tucson, Arizona.

"This 737NG marks our first teardown of 2025," said Andrew Crombie, Aventure's director of asset management. "With a lack of teardown assets available due to continued OEM and supply chain challenges, this will further strengthen our standing as a top-tier 737NG parts supplier."

"Aventure continues to build its unique global aviation investment platform for investors and leasing companies," said Aventure President Talha Faruqi.

"With our experience in teardowns, we have solutions to deploy capital, provide asset management services, and material consignments for stakeholders," continued Faruqi. "We continue to see inquiries from investors looking for options in diversifying their portfolios."

Aventure Launches Refresh of Logo

The old and new version of the Aventure Aviation logo over a blue sky with clouds illustration

Aventure has updated its company logo, debuting a refreshed and modern approach reflecting the company's continued growth, innovation, and commitment to excellence in the aviation industry.

The streamlined design keeps key portions of the previous logo, but introduces a new color palette that will also be used in Aventure's overall brand. The previous blue, red, and gray have been replaced with a more refined deep blue and vibrant orange.

"Orange is know to convey confidence, and conjure feelings of optimism, enthusiasm, and warmth," said Aventure marketing associate Michael Griffiths Jr. "It also pays homage to Aventure's roots in Georgia, which is also known as the Peach State."

Perhaps the most significant change to the logo is the removal of the world "aviation."

"This reflects Aventure's evolution into a well-established brand in our industry," said CEO Zaheer Faruqi. "Since our founding over two decades ago, the name Aventure has become synonymous with quality and reliability in aviation, making it no longer necessary for the logo to explicitly convey the name of the industry we serve."

Aventure's original 2002 logo was updated significantly in 2007. This was during a significant period of growth that would see the company move to its current headquarters in Peachtree City, Georgia in 2008, and be declared an "Exporter of the Year" by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in 2009.

The latest logo evolution comes as Aventure, again named an "Exporter of the Year" by the SBA, reaches a new level of expansion with a state-of-the-art 70,000 square-foot warehouse set for completion this summer, to be followed by an additional 90,000 square feet of office and warehouse space.

Aventure is sponsoring a team from Atlanta's Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) to compete in the 2025 Aerospace Maintenance Competition (AMC). The event will take place April 8–10 at Georgia World Congress in Atlanta.

Held in conjunction with the MRO Americas trade show, the annual competition lets current and future maintenance professionals compete against their peers.

Over 90 five-member teams will compete in events intended to test the skills required of an aviation maintenance technician. Teams represent educational institutions, commercial airlines, repair and manufacturing companies, and others.

Aventure sponsored the competition in 2015, and made a three-year commitment in 2023 to sponsored AIM students.

"We are honored to sponsor such a talented group of students and help impact the future of aviation maintenance," said director of sales Hamzah Faruqi.
