July 2026 – The Newsletter of Aventure Aviation America at 250: A Legacy of Innovation that Continues to Soar
On July 4th, the United States celebrated a remarkable milestone of 250 years since the Declaration of Independence signing. This marks two and a half centuries of innovation, resilience, and determination that have shaped America into a global leader. Few industries better represent the American spirit of ingenuity than aviation. From the Wright brothers' first powered flight to today's next-generation aircraft, aviation has continually pushed the boundaries of what is possible. American engineers, pilots, mechanics, manufacturers, and other aviation professionals have helped connect nations, and inspire generations to dream bigger. As an aviation company, Aventure is proud to play an important role in that legacy. Every aircraft component we source, every customer we support, and every shipment we deliver contributes to keeping aircraft flying safely around the globe. The aviation industry has always reflected the values that built America—innovation, perseverance, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. Those same principles continue to guide Aventure today as we serve customers in more than 100 countries while proudly operating from the United States. As America celebrates 250 years of independence, we look forward to helping shape the future of aviation. Aventure Heading to Farnborough

Aventure attended MRO BEER, an annual maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) aviation conference and exhibition focusing on the Baltics and Eastern Europe region. Taking place June 17–18 at the Istanbul Congress Center in Istanbul, the event brought together aviation MRO professionals from across the region for networking and industry discussion. It provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen existing partnerships, connect with new industry contacts, and exchange insights on the evolving needs of the global aviation aftermarket. "It allows us to have meaningful conversations in a relaxed setting," said Cüneyt Yanar, regional sales manager for Aventure. "Building strong relationships is at the heart of our business, and it's always rewarding to reconnect with customers and partners while exploring new opportunities for collaboration." Building Connections Between

The annual forum brings together government leaders, economic development organizations, and businesses to explore new partnerships and strengthen cross-border relationships between southeastern U.S. states and Canadian provinces. Aventure met with industry leaders and business development professionals to discuss opportunities for collaboration in the global aerospace marketplace. "The conference was an outstanding opportunity to strengthen existing relationships while introducing Aventure to new partners throughout the U.S. and Canada," said Mike Thatch, president of Atlanta Aviation, an Aventure company." Aventure in Las Vegas for ASA AFRA
Aventure Aviation attended ASA AFRA 2026, held June 14–16 at the Four Seasons Resort & Spa in Las Vegas. The annual event is co-hosted by the Aviation Suppliers Association (ASA) and the Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association (AFRA). It brings together aviation suppliers, distributors, and asset management professionals for valuable discussions on industry standards, aircraft parts, sustainability, and the evolving aviation aftermarket. "It was an excellent opportunity to connect with industry partners, exchange ideas, and stay aligned with the latest developments shaping the aviation supply chain," said Chris Jackson, Aventure's quality control manager. "Events like this are important because they allow us to strengthen relationships while continuing to support customers with trusted service and quality aircraft parts," Chris added. The First Nonstop Transatlantic Flight
On June 14, 1919, British aviators Captain John Alcock and Lieutenant Arthur Whitten Brown made history by completing the world's first nonstop transatlantic flight. Flying a modified Vickers Vimy twin-engine bomber, they departed St. John's, Newfoundland, and landed nearly 16 hours later in Clifden, Ireland, traveling about 1,890 miles. Flying through dense fog, freezing temperatures, rain, and darkness, Alcock and Brown relied on basic flight instruments and celestial navigation to stay on course. Despite landing in a bog that damaged the aircraft, the crew completed their mission and became overnight aviation pioneers. Their remarkable accomplishment helped usher in a new era of aviation, laying the groundwork for the global air travel and international cargo networks that connect the world today. More than a century later, their pioneering spirit continues to inspire. Aventure is looking for international sales reps > Are you seeking a distributor for your products? >
